Grandma Jean came out to San Francisco again just to catch-up with Oliver and see his new crawling, climbing and other abilities in person. We had a great time and we all laughed together almost constantly the whole time she was here.

It was so great having my parents out for another visit. Like always, they spoiled us and Oliver with thoughtful gifts and great company. It’s living so far from them, but I think Oli is starting to remember who they are each time they visit.

Ever since he was a newborn, Oliver enjoys gabbing on the phone. When he hears a voice on the other side of the line, it will either provoke him to suck on the phone or he’ll begin laughing and chatting it up.

It’s a tradition for all the grand-kids to leave a hand or footprint when visiting Memmio and Papas house.

Oliver got to see where Papa works. He really loved sitting at the wheel of the fire engine while wearing the head phones and trying on the helmet. And of course his Papa proudly showed him off to the other fire fighters.

We took Oliver to Defa’s Dude Ranch and to meet Trinity’s dad’s side of the family. It was his first camping trip. He had a blast and smiled at everyone. Oliver was mesmerized by the camp fire.
