Camping in the Redwoods

We packed up the fam and headed south to Portola State Park to enjoy a weekend of camping and hiking in the redwoods. Oliver enjoyed spending the day in the tent looking up at the trees and listening to all the blue jays. We had an amazing camping spot underneath all the old trees.
Oli’s 2nd Camping Trip

We packed up the fam and went camping for the forth. Our friends, Ryan and Lindsey went with us and took us to a great camping spot in Sonoma. Oli had a great time. This was his first time sleeping in the tent and he enjoyed cuddling up with us in our sleeping bags. He was asleep for his first deer sighting, but enjoyed watching the blown dandelions shoots on the trial.
Do’n lunch with Michael Call

We met Michael downtown during Pride weekend. MC came up from LA for the festivities, and it was nice to catch some time with him so Oli could meet him.
Farther’s Day

I enjoyed my first Father’s Day this year. Trinity made breakfast in bed and her and Oli showered me with handmade cards and kisses. I’m so proud of our son and how much he grows and learns everyday. He’s sitting up all on his own now and loves sucking his toes.
We joined our friend Nova in Dolores park for a friend’s birthday party for their daughter Isadora. Turns out I already knew the parents of the birthday girl and it was nice reacquainting ourselves and watching Isadora and Oliver play together.

Oliver got to dip his feet into the ocean. We always love taking him to the beach… but today felt comfortable letting him see what the big mass of water was all about. He’s always loved water, but I don’t think he was expecting it to be so cold.
